Informally, I've been keeping mental track of whether schools are telling me if they want to switch their Tablet PCs over to Windows Vista immediately or slowly. I thought it would be an absolute, "no," to deploying Vista immediately. I was wrong. Because of features like handwriting personalization and improvements in single image deployment some schools may not roll back their new Tablet PCs and instead adopt Windows Vista as soon as it is released. One IT person commented to me, "I don't think we'll have a choice. The users will demand Vista right away." What is your school planning to do?
