Microsoft® Windows® Software Development Kit for Windows Vista™ and .NET Framework 3.0 Runtime Components

Developers can download the final release of the Microsoft Windows SDK. The Windows SDK now includes the mobile PC and Tablet PC SDK content.
The Ink Analysis and Input Supplement for the Windows XP Edition Development Kit 1.7 was updated in September and available for download too.
