 Microsoft Research funds Tablet PC projects to the tune of $400,000 Microsoft Research External Research & Programs group is accepting proposals from academic researchers "revising, updating, and validating curriculum and pedagogy in conjunction with tablet technology in higher education." Microsoft plans four awards with a maximum of $100,000 each. It is open to all disciplines, as long as the focus remains on educational evaluation and evidence gathering for the use of tablet technology in the classroom. Read the RFP now.
