Elizabeth, my oldest niece, received a Microsoft Zune for Christmas. I noticed that the preloaded videos made understanding how to use the Zune so easy. It only took her a few minutes of unboxing the little media player to get up and running. She appeared to have a fairly easy time loading music too.
