| It's nice and all to be able to rapidly check the temperature and expected weather conditions on an iPhone, however, I really miss being able to check a radar map. This is especially useful here in Phoenix during the mansoon season when storms sometimes come out of nowhere. As an interim fix I can check a static version of the radar map on weather.com, but it's not as easy and direct as using the iPhone's weather app. This is one more example where 3rd party developers could make a difference--right now. Put another way: I could do it myself and have animated weather maps on my iPhone this monsoon season. Incremental Blogger |
