| Downloads on Averatec Web site Anyone noticed Averatec Website has a new look since earlier this year? I was checking out downloads for C3500 and found all the downloads have recent dates on them (March*05). Does anyone know if these are indeed new or are the dates due to site update? I've emailed Averatec tech support but I am hoping I would get an answer faster here. By the way, I downloaded the audio driver and it definitely fixed an existing problem. I rather not download all files and try because I have a slow connection. Thx in advance! |

| :( Well, 8 days after sending the question to AveraTec support, ... How can I tell which ones [driver] I need, and which ones I already have? Also, there is no description for the downloads... I would appreciate it very much if you can provide a simple instruction to help me figure out which driver I should check on my computer to verify my versions.someone finally read my email (read receipt) and send me a one line response, "If you are having any problems with any hardware, you can try reinstalling those drivers from off our web."Duh! Maybe I need a driver to optimize the performance, not necessarily to fix problems. Maybe this is too much to ask from tech support. |
