I bought my Avertec C3500 about a month ago. Everything worked well at the begining, and it is still usable. The only problem I have encountered is that every time I try to use the input panel for anything the pointer turn into an hourglass and it slows down. If I lift the pen this goes away and only the pointer remains. But if I bring the pen back down it goes back to an hourglass. It also writes but very poorly. It is almoust as if detecting the pen is what is causing the slowdown. I have no idea why or what could be casuing this. I installed SP2 and the digitizer update on the averatec website but that was after the problem with the pen surfaced. If anyone has any ideas for why this would happen or how I can fix it I would appreciate it.
