 A Little Upset With My C3500 UPDATED 12-06-04 Well, I got my C3500 from Averatec today, and now I am really dissapointed. I sent my unit in 2 weeks ago for a problem with the digitizer. here is the original thread: http://www.tabletquestions.com/showthread.php?t=3567 So they did fix the problem I was having, but they also gave me a new one. Now for whatever reason after they fixed the digitizer I have 6 1/2" x 1/2" dead zones where the pen doesnt go on the screen. 3 across near the top and 3 across near the bottom. The following illustration depicts the zones with X's: --------------------------------- |---X----------X----------X---| |-------------------------------| |---X----------X----------X---| |-------------------------------| --------------------------------- Well. back to the drawing board.
