I recently purchased on ebay an Averatec 3500 tablet. I have a problem with the floating input panel. When you want to enter text into an input field the floating input panel icon briefly pops up and then disappears. I'm thinking it may be a software issue, because the pen works fine with the docked input panel. I do not have the recovery CD to reload the OS. Do you have any suggestions to fix the problem or can you help me to get a recovery CD?The tablet has an official windows sticker with a product key.

Here is some specs I'm here tring to find help with my WalkAbout Hammerhead P233 its running win98 4.10.2222A with CIC Handwriting rec.. V5.0, can't get external keyboard to work with it, need it to use in hypertermial as the screen keyboard or handwriting doesn't seen to work in this program.
