Trouble with the pen

Often, my pen seems to perform "click" operation repeatedly & write when it's not touching the screen. Does any1 has a solution for this? I've installed all the drivers on averatec website.

I think this is a software problem because the pen works fine for some buttons, but I've tried windows' system recovery but the pen still does the clicking when it's not touching screen, so I'm not sure. I've tried uninstalling SP2 also, though I haven't remove some addition SP2 components.
