Averatec C3500 Clockspeed?

Hey guys, I have been waiting for my tablet to ship for 45 days now. I bought the C3500 online tru their website. Its been a long wait, but from what I hear it will be worth it.
Anyway, I have been wondering what the exact cockspeed is?

Thanks!

You are very patient.

I think your question is very interesting. Many users tend to gloss over the FSB, clockspeed, and other typical desktop issues because we are really interested in how quickly a Tablet PC boots up, how fast does an application open, how many applications can I keep open, and other types of application using questions. However, I'm starting to think there is a potentially large market of people who would liike to know the technical end of these Tablet PCs.

The Averatec C3500 uses the Mobile AMD Athlon™ XP-M 2200+. It is a 32-bit microprocessor. The best comparison chart of AMD processors I've found shows the frequency to be 1.8 GHz. Now AMD forums has great technical guides, such as an explanation of Front Side Bus in which the author describes how to calculate both effective and physical (core) clockspeed. The author states,

Quote:
The CPU' core-clock is a multiple of the FSB(e.g. for an Athlon XP 3200+, 11.0(multiplier) x 200MHz(FSB) = 2200MHz(Core clockspeed)).
and

Quote:
"If you multiply the physical FSB clock by the number of packets that can be transferred per clock-cycle, you get the effective clockspeed - for example 133 x 2 = 266MHz"
Sorry, I'm being interrupted in the middle of this post. I'll keep going later.
