| Asus R series coming soon According to news posted at NE Asia Online, Asus should enter the market with two versions according to Eric Ou, Asus director of notebook and handheld business in Europe: the R1 that comes with a 10GB hard drive, 256MB DDRII DRAM memory and sells for about 749 euros, and the R2 that is equipped with an external optical drive, a 60GB hard drive, and 1GB of DDRII DRAM and retails for around 1,000 euros.
