hello, i would like to get some help or answers, i bought my tmc300 months ago and never benn abble to launch my bluetooth, in facteven when i push my bluetooth button nothing happens, is it just nothing? is it optional or do i miss a driver, software? could anyone please help me on that ?

Where did you purchase this model and did you contact their support? Was this a new or used model?

What operating system are you using?

Have you looked through the Acer manual to make sure you are following the directions?

Have you gone into the control panel, drivers, and looked to see if there is a hardware device without a driver loaded?

I purchased the model 18 months ago but did not contact their support
Was this a new or used model?
It was a brand new model

What operating system are you using?
i am using the os delivered windows tablet pc sp1
