I got an Acer C111, but chose not to get the external drive. Now I'd like to boot to a CD and wonder what drive I can use to boot my tablet. I have tried an IDE/USB interface drive, but it doesn't recognize that. I have seen firewire drives and PC Card drives. Is my system sure to boot to either of these drives?

Does anyone have a drive they want to sell?

I have a generic external USB CD drive i think and it works fine.. its the restore disc i need to get working.. if you get something at a local store (compusa/bestbuy) i dont think you should have much problem returning it if it doesnt work.. hope this helps
