Intelligent contact syncing

In my Outlook I have some Contacts that I don't want on my phone. Similarly
on my phone there are some items that I don't want in Outlook.

Is there a software that will not automatically sync all the items the way
Activesync does but will show me the list of different items and will let me
select the ones I want to copy from Outlook to the phone and which I want to
copy from the phone to Outlook?

I'm running WinXP SP2 Office 2003 with Cingular 8525 with Mobile 5.

I have nine folders in Outlook Contacts; personal, business, clients by
class, etc. Outlook only syncs the first folder, in my case just called
Contacts. If I move Business Contacts to the position of top folder, only
that is sync'd.

You might move the ones you don't want Outlook to sync to the SIM.
