T-mobile Dash

I just got my dash and I followed the instructions on how to sync it to my
exchange server but I keep getting the following error:

Result:
The security certificarte on the server is invalid.
Contact your exchange Server administrator or ISP to install a valid
certificate on the server.

support code 0x80072F0D

What can I do to solve this problem?

Thanx in advance
