| SPV E200 how to put software on ? Hello, I have just bought a second hand Orange SPV E200 smartphone running WM2003. The thing i'd like to know is how do i install software on it (i don't have an active synch cable), will i be able to run the software install from an SD card in the phone ??. If so, is there a sort of "explorer" screen on the smartphone so i can locate the file on the SD card through my smartphone ? And can programs be stored and run from the SD card ? (so that i don't need to worry about running out of space on my smartphone) Many Thanks Andrew |

| Re: SPV E200 how to put software on ? Well now i have managed to connect my smartphone via bluetooth to activesynch, problem now is that all the freeware software i download for it are .CAB files. What do i do with them ??, they are not .exe installers, so even if i put them into the Program Files folder on my Smartphone (using activesynch) i still cannot navigate to the .CAB file through my smartphone to start it installing. there just doesn't seem to be an "explorer-like" facility on my smartphone to navigate to the CAB file !!!! - what do i do here ?? Thanks Andy: > Hello, > > I have just bought a second hand Orange SPV E200 smartphone running > WM2003. | Re: SPV E200 how to put software on ? Nearly all the cellular or handset companies provide downloads of the device user manuals. When a client calls me with an issue, the first thing I do is download the manual of their device. Of course, I charge them to read their manual. I'd suggest you look under 'support' on the web of the supplier for a manual in pdf format. A little searching in Acrobat goes a long way.
