My smartphone often gets jammed while i'm creating one txt message. It
doesn't move,sometimes even rebooting it doesn't work. at last i have
to pull the external battery out to reboot it. It brothers me a lot!
how can i resolve this problem thoroughly?

A hard reset will definitely solve the problem. However, you will lose
all your data and settings. Just make sure you have a good backup.
Does this happen only when texting? Also, check your memory status.
