| help! help! My smartphone often gets jammed while i'm creating one txt message. My smartphone often gets jammed while i'm creating one txt message. It doesn't move,sometimes even rebooting it doesn't work. at last i have to pull the external battery out to reboot it. It brothers me a lot! how can i resolve this problem thoroughly?      |

| Re: help! help! My smartphone often gets jammed while i'm creating one txt message. A hard reset will definitely solve the problem. However, you will lose all your data and settings. Just make sure you have a good backup. Does this happen only when texting? Also, check your memory status.
