blackjack frozen

I downloaded files into my blackjack and the memory is full. It didn't let
me delete files and I powered it down.
Now I cannot power it up. I get the first Mocrosoft Mobile screen and that's
it.
Is there a way to hard reset the device on power up, a key combination of
some sort?

Thanks,

Arie
