Verizion PN-820 and Vista Ultimate

I bought the new Verizon PN-820 smartphone. I am running Vista Ultimate. I
cant seem to sync it using WMDC using USB or Bluetooth. I disabled One Care
firewall as somone pointed out in an earlier post but it did not help. Any
suggestions?

Thanks, Kevin

Have you now, or ever been able to sync with an XP Machine? Does
Device Manager at least show that your device is connecting? Or is it
shown under Other Devices without an associated driver?
