| Resolution on sync'd videos Anyone knows how to set the video resolution on syncronized videos, when using Media Player to sync? :o) Andy |

| Re: Resolution on sync'd videos I assume your issue is that it does not fill the screen. Unfortunately I think this is fixed. Media Player decides whether you have a PPC or Smartphone and adjusts resolution accordingly. It appears that the Media Player team has not yet seen a 640x480 PPC or a 320x240 SP. :( -- Sven MVP - Mobile Devices "Andy" <Andy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:C3F0638D-343B-4C01-AC1E-7B014C8045E7@microsoft.com... > Anyone knows how to set the video resolution on syncronized videos, when > using Media Player to sync? > > :o) Andy |

| Re: Resolution on sync'd videos Yes, but there must be a workaround for this. Perhaps if it was possible to make MP identify an SP as a PPC? Or if there where a registry entry where the size is defined!? :o) Andy "Sven" wrote: > I assume your issue is that it does not fill the screen. Unfortunately I > think this is fixed. | Re: Resolution on sync'd videos It's been that way for a long time, asked before, and I have never seen a solution. Not saying there isn't one. I think most just give up and use some other process to create video's for their mobile devices. There are a few commercial products out there, some how-to articles using free applications, and you can do it with MSs free Windows Media Encoder. Don't think any of those are options for protected content, though. -- Sven MVP - Mobile Devices "Andy" <Andy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:10099433-2EB4-4D56-ADA6-32CAD3B813BF@microsoft.com... > Yes, but there must be a workaround for this.
