I accidentally dropped my SPV C600 onto the floor and the battery came out,
and - although most functions seem okay - since then the jog-shuttle has
failed to work - only in menus, and not on the front screen, and not when
composing texts - where it still works fine. It could be that dropping
it/loosing the battery during use has messed something up in a software
rather than hardware way - does anyone else have experience of this, and how
to repair it? I can't send it back for a hardware repair as, in theory, the
buttons do work - just not all the time!
