Block or Edit Notifications

Anyone know how you can block notifications?
Specifically I am trying to block phone call notifications.

Or what would be even better is if someone knows how I can programatticlly
modify phone call notifications.

I am using .NET CF 2.0 and OpenNetCF with C# but am open to non-managed code
examples.
Anything works!
