In my Samsung SGH-I320N WM5 samrtphone, all settings are correct. But when
somebody call me, the ring tone won't work, but the screen show incoming
call, and I can receive call as normal.

How can I get this back to work normally? Or I have to give up and return to
my old Nokia?

Any friend here experience the same problem? My setting is Ring and Vibrate.
I have backup the phone, so when I hard reset and recover it from backup,
the phone ring as it should be. But it stop working miserably after soft
reset. Why? Sometime the phone ring as usual. but most of the time, it won't
work. This is unpredictable and very annoying.

Any friend can help? Thank in advance
