Hello,

I just bought a Dash smartphone from T-Mobile. I managed to get it linked
to my computer and all that, but I have a frustrating problem that I'd like
some help with.

My alarm keeps going off at 8:00AM. I *did* set it for 8AM once, but it
goes off at the same time everyday, regardless of whether I set it or not.
It really stinks having to get up and shut off the alarm every morning, even
on my mornings off! I have checked to make sure the alarm is set OFF, and I
don't use reminders with my appointments.

Also, if I roll back the clock to 7:59AM, when it hits 8AM again the alarm
doesn't go off.

Could someone help me with this? I'm new to smartphones, and while I've
enjoyed mine so far, you can imagine how frustrating this is for me!
