Which is the URL of QTEK web site?

I just bought a QTEK 8015 smartphone, and I want to know of any
upgrade of its firmware or software. I found some web sites that have
a download page, but they accept downloads for smartphones sold in one
specific Country only, they detect this characteristic asking the
phone's IMEI number.

So, which is the URL of QTEK web site for all their customers?
