Hi all,

PT Pocket Office, our new mobile VNC client for WM5 devices is now ready for
final beta testing.

If you're interested in the software but have an older OS
(PPC2002,Smartphone2002,PPC2003, Smartphone2003) then there are already
versions of our software available to try (please try first) or buy from:

We have enough beta-testers for PT Pocket Office on the Motorola Q and the
Dash Smartphones and on the Treo PPC - we now require beta-testers on WM5
devices that do not have full QWERTY keyboards i.e. "normal" PocketPCs or
Pocket PC Phones and Smartphones that have the old-style keypad.

Note that PT Pocket Office is compatible with WM5 devices only so please do
not apply if you have an older OS on your device.

For those who don't know what VNC does, VNC software allows you to run a VNC
server on your PC (Windows,Linux,OSX) and a VNC client on another device
(such as your PPC or Smartphone) such that you can view and control the
server PC from the client device.
Essentially this puts your home or office PC in your pocket wherever you are
if your device is a phone and if not a phone gives you such access via WiFi
or Bluetooth.

So using PT Pocket Office allows you to use any software on your home or
office PC from your mobile device as if you were in front of the PC.

Those accepted as beta-testers who provide appropriate feedback will get the
release version of PT Pocket Office for free.
