| Certificate Authentication Changes in AKU2 I have a Moto Q that I recently upgraded to the latest AKU2 firmware release from Motorola. Since upgrading I have been unable to connect and synch to my exchange server. Everything worked great until I upgraded. Now I get an error message (SC 85030028), which says "Cannot obtain a valid certificate." Our exchange server is using a Go Daddy/Starfield certificate which is one of the supported root certificates on the Q. It is installed as a root cert on the Q. I have tried installing the intermediate certificate as well, but so far no joy. Is there something in AKU2 that has changed the way WM5 authenticates with exchange activesync and is the Valicert cert no longer supported despite saying so to the contrary on the MSDN site? Thanks, Jonathan |
