| Blackjack 2 woes I have a Blackjack 2 and it worked for a while but now I can't send any MM messages or have a look at my home page. I would like to restore it to the factory settings but do not want to loose my contacts. I am to lazy to write them down and don't want to take it to an ATT store. any help would be nice. |

Go to www.mail2web.com and setup a free Exchange account. Enter the server settings in Activesync on the BJ2. Sync. All of your contacts (and calendar items) get synced to the mail2web server. Hard reset like you want to, then reenter the server settings into the BJ2 and sync- all the contacts, etc, are synced back to the device, and you now have a free cloud-based backup for your contacts, and a free push e-mail account as a bonus. |

Sure- you can buy a smartphone backup program from Sprite Software or SPB for $30 or so, or just sync the BJ2 with your PC, if the PC has Outlook. |
