When trying to sync with my Moto Q and Active Sync I get the following
mssage: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop. Also get this
message from the Sync Center of the Control Panel. Any ideas??

I just used google (http://groups.google.com/advanced_search?q=&) to
look up
ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop
(this exact wording ...) and got 197 hits. I took a quick look, and
didn't see any clear answers, but did see some possible ideas. The
most promising would be to do a similar search, but with the support
code included.
