We are looking at the Samsung SCH-i760 for our field staff. If we use
Exchange 2007 and enforce a password policy to lock the device after a
certain period of inactivity is there a way to set the policy so that you can
still make phone calls when the device is locked?

I know you can receive calls when the device is locked. However, it would be
a real pain to have to unlock the phone everytime you wanted to make a call.
