New phone and battery.
Even during charging, with the power LED green (indicating a full
charge), Windows Mobile 6 Power Management (Start, Settings, Power
Management) shows the battery around 95% fully charged (never 100%).
Has anyone see a SGH-i617 (or other) smartphone that indicates a 100%
fully charged battery in Power Management?
I'm trying to determine if this battery is less than perfect, or if
the calibration of the Power Management slider is inaccurate.

Usually new batteries only get to their full performance after the 5th or
6th recharge.

If you haven't got to that yet, this may be what you are seeing.
