How do I backup my Mobile 6 custom setting like background, sounds, and many
more? I just upgrade ROM which wiped out everything. I can use active sync to
backup e-mail stuff and other data files but no custom setting.

Note that backing up a system with one OS and restoring after upgrading the
OS may have peculiar results. Some registry settings that you are restoring
may have changed or disappeared with the new OS. Be prepared to hard reset
and start from scratch if you start having odd inexplicable issues.
