Calendar Problems with Palm Treo 700, Outlook 2007, Vista

The problem shows up when the Dr. is scheduled for 24 hrs. on call and the
appointment doubles up on the calendar when it is Syc with the Palm Treo
700wx.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
