Adding or removing items in the Welcome Center

Hi,

Currently I'm working on Windows Mobile 6.1 standard.

I would like to Add or remov the items from the Welcome Center plug-in.

is it possible by editing the registry settings or any XML/wcml files needs
to be edited?

Any weblinks and suggestions related to this topics are welcome.
