Calendar entries are off by 1 hour during week of 3/2/2008-3/8/200

I have several Cingular 8100 phones with Windows Mobile 5.0. There is a very
strange thing happening in that any appointment made on the phone will show
up an hour later in Outlook on the computer. Any appointment made in Outlook
will show up an hour earlier on the phone. We are running an Exchange server
with wireless syncing. The server, computers, and all phones were updated
last year for the DST change and have not had any problems at all until this
week.

I tried making appointments during dates after the time change and they
showed up correctly on the phone and the computer.

WHAT the heck is going on? It would seem that if we wait a week, the
appointments will be ok, but my clients have many appointments this week and
this is a huge annoyance for them.

That happened to me at this time last year. However, I'm not seeing that
problem on my phone this year so I'm wondering if it is something that they
mobile operator is doing that is sending the wrong signal to your phone
about daylight savings time (especially because the appointments are correct
in outlook). Unfortunately, I don't know of anything you can do to fix the
problem.
