Moto Q am WM 6

I have a Moto Q with WM 5. I understand that there is a new WM 6.1
available. Alltel is my service provider. Can I upgrade my device to WM 6.1
and will the upgrade cost anything?

Re: Moto Q am WM 6

Do you mean Windows Mobile 6 or Office Mobile 6.1?
No Windows Mobile 6 upgrade for the Moto Q, Office Mobile 6.1 is postponed
and officially designed for Windows Mobile 6 only.

Re: Moto Q am WM 6

Thanks for your help. I misunderstood about the update. I was referring to
WM 6, not Windows Mobile.

Nope

It looks like Moto/Alltel will not be upgrading original Qs to WM6. The new Q9m has it, but the older Qs will continue to run WM5.

When you're contract allows, upgrade to the new Q. Much better hardware.
