1 minute media skipping on Windows Mobile 6

I have just gotten the new HTC S720. It comes with Windows Mobile 6 Standard
(CE OS 5.2.1237 Build 17742.0.2.2) and Media Player 10 Mobile (version 10.3
build 17742).

When I am playing MP3 files, after about a minute (almost exactly) the
player likes to skip to the next track. The MP3 files are definately longer
than a minute. The player even lets me fast forward beyond the 1 minute mark.

Anyone else heard of this issue? Have a solution?

Thanks, Bryon.

Re: 1 minute media skipping on Windows Mobile 6

On my S710 (Media Player 10 Mobile 10.3 b17740 (as opposed to 17442))
everything is OK.

If you don't find a solution to the problem, make sure you check out the
alternative players; for example, TCPMP or, if you don't mind the
comparatively high price tag, CorePlayer.
