Not All Appointments are ActiveSyncing from Smartphone to Outlook

Configuration:
Vista, Office 2007, Mototola Q

Problem:
Whenever I use ActiveSync (via USB) not all of the appointments that were
entered on the Q's calendar show up in the Outlook calendar. They are one
time appointments. The setting is for all future a past two weeks.

Any ideas why not?

Sorry, let me clarify. I'm not using ActiveSync. I should have said Windows
Mobile Device Center.
