I am trying to update all of my contacts onto my new Samsung Blackjack i607,
and it says update complete from active sync 4.5, but nothing shows up in my
contacts. I tried altering the settings for my contacts via active sync, but
it doesn't even give me that option. I really don't want to spend 2 hours +
updating all my contacts manually, what should I do?

What order where Offiice 2007 and ActiveSync 4.5 installed? And, at what
point was the WM partnership created? Here's the order that should work...

1. Office 2007
2.ActiveSync
3. Partner

If you upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007 with ActiveSync in place, that
could be the problem. You might want to check in with the folks in the
ActiveSync newsgroup if your issue is more complex.
