Is it possible to make other priority to use the-all-dancing push email?

I like this sync so much, but going to be nervous a bit, when my nice phone
is going to sync on the paying GPRS channel, although there are free Wlan
fields in my work place, home place, friend place...

so, could I make some priority setup between the Wlan and Gprs?
