| Restoring the Backed-Up registry file. Hi All, Device : SP 5.0. I 've a backed-up registry in a file say bkup.bk using RegSaveKey. Now if I restore the registry using RegReplaceKey( bkup.bk ), it restores successfully and device restarts and I am able to get the reflected registry. Now if I again try to restore the registry using the same file RegReplaceKey(bkup.bk), it restores successfully and restarts the device but after restarting device is hanged. I can't do any operation. I need to unplug the battery from device and restart my device. But the changes to registry is reflected.... Why does the continuos restoring a same registry file, hangs the device for second time? Thanks, sumana |
