Do you already or will you pay for a mobile carrier for your PC?

EVDO and other broadband connections are becoming more and more available in mobile PCs. In order to achieve "always connected" we need to be able to leverage this technology -- somehow. What do you think is the right way?

Free or included is good but I want the choice of carriers and this means an after the market add-on.
