I use Forté Agent 5.0. But the fact that it's Windows 7 is irrelevant.
I used Agent for quite some time before Windows 7.

Thunderbird 2.0 with Display Mail User Agent:
http://www.juergen-ernst.de/addons/dispmua.html
(no need to look into headers, it displays a little icon of the news
reader/MUA).

Windows 7 has a built in newsreader. Just press go and it takes you there.

You are using Windows Live Mail, a program that needs to be downloaded
and installed into Windows 7. Windows 7 "does not" ship with or include
any email or newsreader program.
