GPRS disconnects USB Connection - Technology Questions

GPRS disconnects USB Connection

Up until about a month ago, my iPAQ 6510 worked like a charm with
ActiveSync. Now all of a sudden my USB connection to ActiveSync
disconnects as soon as GPRS connects. I now have to cancel the
connection to GPRS so that my device will sync. What might have
happened, these two were working in harmony before?
