iPAQ 6945 cutting off bottom of software screens

I have an hp iPAQ hw6945, running Windows Mobile 5. I have downloaded
several games, Pocket Bible and a few other programs which show they are
made to run on WM 5. But when I open the programs, they function correctly,
but the square screen cuts off whatever is at the bottom. For instance,
playing Yachtsee, you can only play through 4's, since 5's and 6's are below
the bottom of the screen. There doesn't seem to be a scroll down option, or
an option to hide the top and bottom bars to allow full-screen play (which I
think would solve the problem). I'm sure there is some simple solution, but
I haven't found it.

Any suggestions?

TIA,
Heidi Hunt

Sadly, the "square screen" is a relatively new thing to WinMobile, and
many older programs don't deal with it well simply because it didn't
exist when those programs were written. Many newer programs advertise
their compatibility with square screens- I suspect you'll have to stick
with those.
