"Help please".

I have purchased a qtek 9100 but I am not getting it to connect to my
home wifi networ and internet through wifi. My brother has mda vario 2
and his connection goes through straight away however mine keeps
trying for ever and eventually brings the following error.

" Unable to obtain a server assigned ip address. Try again later or
enter an ip address in network."

The problem is that I need to get some sort of resolution quick as got
it from ebay and the buyer only offered 28 days warranty help would be
really appreciated.
