Unofficial patch for DST for Western Australia

Thanks to Rick Cameron for finding this - and to Darius Wey who put this
together - there IS now a patch that can be downloaded and installed on your
WM5 to provide proper support for the new DST changes in Western Australia.
I've installed it and it seems to do the trick. Get it here at
http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/arti...n=expand,53751

Thanks again to Darius and Rick and everyone else on the list who helped
with this. Still beats me why MS couldnt have delivered this support in the
first place and saved us all a lot of time.

David
