Quick GPS data activation failed

I am using HTC Touch Pro 2 running Windows Mobile 6.1.

Quick GPS has expired. When I download it I have the messsage:
>> location settings must be on so that the latest satellite data can be used to speed up GPS positionning <<
How can I set the location setting to ON?
